We focus only on hotels, resorts, and travel companies — from front office and kitchen roles to guest relations and operations and maintenance. That focus means whoever reads your job description or your CV understands the difference between roles inside the sector, rather than treating them as generic titles.
How we work
We work on both sides of the hire. With candidates: we review real experience, and qualify anyone who needs training on service standards before putting them forward. With employers: a clear, written process, from receiving the request to shortlisting, with a replacement period agreed before work begins.

We read every CV that reaches us. We don't send anyone to an interview that doesn't match their level or experience, and we try to respond to every application — accepted, or told why.

We treat the job description in the sector's own terms, and deliver a screened, document-verified shortlist rather than a large stack of unsorted CVs.
